YES, we will keep you in our prayers. We pray that the Lord blesses your heart and his heart. We pray that healing will take place and that both of you are able to seek God first so that other things will be added. (Ref: Matthew 6:33a) We see that reconciliation is your heart's desire and that you are hurting. We pray that God heals the hurt. We pray for opportunities to open lines of communication. As you plan your next communication, pray first. Remember to speak in love. Remember Colossians 2:8-9. ("But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;")
While he may not be ready to heed these words, please remember to let God lead you in your thoughts, words, and actions. This may not be easy, and it may not be as smooth as you'd like it to be, but put God first. Remember Proverbs 3:5-6. In the King James it says "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct thy paths." In the Message translation that Bishop Johnson uses from time to time, it says "Trust God from the bottom of your heart;
don't try to figure out everything on your own.
Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;
he's the one who will keep you on track.
Don't assume that you know it all."

Here are some practical steps that are based on the Bible and will help as you seek God's wisdom:

***James 3:13-18****

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.

---> But the wisdom that is from above is:
a) first pure,
b) then peaceable,
c) gentle,
d) willing to yield,
e) full of mercy and good fruits, f) without partiality
g) and without hypocrisy.

Verse 18: Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Let your communications be guided by these principles. As you seek wisdom, you may also be guided by Proverbs 16.

God Bless you as you try to work things out. YES, we will keep you in our prayers. Please also consider connecting with someone in the Marriage Ministry. Minister Samuel Boykins and Sis. Diane Boykins are the Ministry Leaders. The church's phone number is (410) 325-3080. Even if you want to call to talk with someone, please call.

We pray God's blessings for you!
